Items must be returned in their original, resaleable condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- All original tags attached
- Original packaging where possible
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return:

- We will send you a return label or instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product).
5. Exchanges
For a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
